"A little pricey for what you actually get"
I wouldn’t say it’s terrible or anything, but after trying it out, I just kept feeling like the price was a bit higher than it should be. It does the job, sure, but for the money I paid, I was expecting something a little more impressive or at least something that felt like a better deal overall. It’s not awful, but I’m not really convinced it’s great value for money either.

"Always shows up fast"
I’ve ordered from Loyalty Pet Treats a handful of times now, and the shipping has been really quick every single time. My last order got to me in 2 days, which was a nice surprise, and I was actually thinking I’d have to wait longer because I’d almost run out.
Tracking has been easy too, no weird delays or missing items or anything like that. It just kind of shows up when it says it will, which I appreciate, especially when the dog is already staring at the treat cupboard like he knows

"Fresh treats my dog actually gets excited for"
I ordered a few packs for my dog and they arrived nice and fresh. Compared to some other brands I’ve tried, these weren’t crumbly or odd-smelling, which was a big plus. My dog was interested in them straight away, so that pretty much sold me. I only knocked off a star because the delivery took a little longer than I expected, but the treats themselves were really good.

"Support was slower than I expected"
I was expecting support to be a bit more responsive, but I ended up having to follow up twice before getting a reply. They did eventually get back to me, which I appreciated, but the answer didn’t really sort out my issue properly. For what I expected from their support, it felt disappointing.

"I really like that these treats have..."
I really like that these treats have simple ingredients and aren’t packed with random fillers. My dog has a sensitive stomach, but he’s been totally fine with these so far. Plus, he gets super excited for them, which is always a win 😄 It just feels better giving him something that seems a little healthier

"My dog had zero interest"
My dog usually gives most treats at least a try, so I was surprised when he sniffed these once and just walked away. I offered them again later, and same thing—he wouldn’t touch them. Compared to other treats he normally gets excited about, these were a complete miss for us.
